Cosmetology school lasts for one year.

To register for school please contact us today and we can help register you for classes, while also taking a tour of the school.

First, you'll need to complete a program with the David Pressley School of Cosmetology. Then you'll need to apply for a license through the state. From there you'll apply to take the test which is $63. You'll wait to receive an email from the state. These are the main steps to get you liscense.

The first step is you need to pass the state board exam. Going through David Pressley School of Cosmetology will help you be prepared for the test. We run mock state board exams to ensure you are prepared for the test. From there we can help place you. We prepare you to pass the exam and have a 100% pass rate for anyone who goes through the program and takes it.

You need your high school diploma.

You need to be over 17 to enroll in cosmetology school.

• There are 6 start dates that vary from year to year. Please check our blogs to see regular updates.
• They start at the beginning of the month, every other month of the year.

YES - you need a highschool diploma for Cosmetology or Esthetician School at David Pressley.

You need to be 17 years old to register for coursework.

The programs we offer are cosmetology, esthetician, and instructor program.

We do not offer specialized programs outside of these.
