The State of Michigan requires that the instructor training covers at least 500 hours of additional training. You must be licensed as a cosmetologist in Michigan before enrolling into an instructor program. You need to have at least 3 years of practical experience in hair care services, manicuring services, and natural hair cultivation. Your experience needs to be at least 1 year working for a cosmetology establishment. 

At our beauty school, we go above and beyond, offering an extensive 600-hour curriculum. You can expect to complete the first 350 hours of training in a junior class. The final 250 hours are done with a senior class.
