Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, licensed Esthetician to join our team full-time and provide exceptional skincare and beauty services. Experienced candidates are preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. You’ll thrive in our clean, supportive spa while helping clients achieve glowing skin and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic services including Hydrafacial®, customized facials, waxing (full-body and Brazilian), sugaring, custom peels, back treatments, brow and lash services (shaping, tinting, lifts), and airbrush tanning.
• Conduct skin analyses, consultations, and recommend tailored treatments and professional-grade products.
• Maintain sanitary workspaces and follow health/safety protocols.
• Foster client relationships through excellent communication and skincare education.
• Support product sales, inventory, and spa promotions.
• Stay current on trends and participate in team training.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Esthetician license (or Cosmetology license with esthetics focus).
  Passion for skincare and a client-focused approach; experience is a plus, but we are open to training motivated newcomers.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and ingredients (or eagerness to learn).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends (spa open Mon-Fri 9am–7pm, Sat 9am–3pm). We aim for an average of 30 hours per week, with shifts that may include 9am–7pm, 9am–2pm, or 2pm–7pm, and alternating Saturdays 9am–3pm.
